$1,750 (~$95 a person) Per Night + $300 One-Time Cleaning Fee

$1,950 (~$110 a person) Per Night + $350 One-Time Cleaning Fee

Step 1: Ensure a Good Fit
We have such a niche group we focus on and I want to make sure we are a good fit for you. We highly specialize in board games, RPGs, and video game mini conventions for mainly adults. We are deep in nerd territory here. At the same time we offer many outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, hiking and all kinds of other cool stuff.
Our goal is to create a summer camp adult board gamers where they can unwind, play games and relax. At the same time many groups have older kids they want to share the experience with and we want to foster that as well. We just are not set up to host larger groups of younger kids.
We have a limit of five kids per group aged 14+ years old.
We are not exactly an Airbnb. Normally myself, wife, and teenage son may be onsite staying in our house next door with my amazing dog Ratchet who loves to fish, play basketball and is Frisbee crazy.
Step 2: Check Availability
Many times we book up months in advance and to be sure we are available when you are we have a handy dandy booking calendar. There are a few things to note about the calendar. The first is that the times of day are not indicative of check in and out times. We mainly use the calendar for the date itself. We also need at least one day buffer to get the place ready for another group so we can’t accommodate groups coming in the day after a group has left.

Step 4: Make a Deposit
After we discuss the dates and confirm we have a good fit we ask you put down a 20% deposit to hold the reservation. We will send you an email money request and you can pay that with any credit card. Once we have the deposit we will add your event to the booking calendar. I will also send you a confirmation email and request you also check the booking calendar to confirm everything is correct.
Step 5: Relax
This is a great time to have all of the attendees fill out their event registration, details will be in the reservation confirmation email. You will also need a waiver for each guest and that can be found at the waiver link below.
The good news is that you can follow us and the exploits of other groups via our social media channels. If you are free and see we are open you can call ahead and stop by to check the place out.
